- Advising Saffron Capital on the establishment of a $500 million Indian real estate fund, on their Saffron India Real Estate Fund 1 and the first closing of the fund with investment from anchor investor standard list investments
- Advising Wessex Asset Management on the establishment of a fourth fund, Wessex Gold Fund and the listing of the Fund on the Irish Stock Exchange
- Advising Fund Manager ACP Capital on their AIM listing and fundraising and on the establishment and listing of a €100m mezzanine fund
- Acting for Yatra Capital and K2 Property with respect to the establishment of a Mauritius-based fund for investment in Indian real estate and subsequent €220m fund raising and listing on Euronext
