Christopher is Head of the Firm’s Investment Funds Group and advises principals of hedge funds, property funds and private equity funds on fund formations, fund raising and investment programmes across multiple jurisdictions.
Christopher has significant experience on advising funds investing in the Indian market. He advised Saffron Capital Advisors and Yatra Capital Limited on the establishment of a €100 million Indian real estate fund and their admission to Euronext, and has also advised on the establishment of another Indian real estate fund, and a private equity fund focussed on the Indian media and entertainment sector.
